Lineage Named to CNBC Disruptor 50 List for Third Consecutive Year

Novi, MI, May 9, 2023 – Lineage (or the "Company"), one of the leading temperature-controlled industrial REITs and integrated solutions providers worldwide, today announced it was named to the CNBC Disruptor 50 list for a third consecutive year, earning the No. 9 spot.

In its 11^th year, CNBC Disruptor 50 is an annual list that recognizes the most innovative venture-backed companies that use breakthrough technology to meet increasing economic and consumer challenges.  This year’s nominees underwent a rigorous process of research and scoring across a wide range of quantitative and qualitative criteria, including scalability, revenue and user growth, as well as workforce diversity.

• In October, Lineage launched Lineage Fresh, a new strategic service that provides specialized storage options for major importers, grocers and producers of fresh fruit and produce
• Opening the Savannah Fresh facility following the launch of Lineage Fresh, strategically located near the Port of Savannah, the third busiest container gateway in the U.S. The 220,000-square-foot facility has 23 inbound and outbound lanes that can process more than 40 trucks daily, moving up to 1.4 million pounds of produce per day
