Quote From our Leadership

“Servant Leadership is the most important Lineage value to me. It enables us to achieve our goals through empowering others to reach their full potential.”

What makes Lineage an exciting place to work? What makes it unique?

Strong growth opportunities within Lineage makes it uniquely the fastest growing global cold chain logistics company.

What does Lineage’s purpose mean to you?

It is a key goal as we grow our company in emerging markets across the Asia Pacific region to help people access cold storage infrastructure and increase the life of perishable goods while reducing food waste.

What would you tell someone considering a career in supply chain, logistics or at Lineage?

The temperature-controlled supply chain gives you a tremendous opportunity to join an industry where Lineage is a world leader and essential service provider, allowing people to learn innovations around automation, data science, lean principles and the latest warehouse and transport technologies.

If you had to deliver a message directly to our hourly warehouse team members, what would you say?

Commencing my career as an operational hourly staff member, I learned and developed myself by applying my learning. You can strive to achieve promotions, advance your own career and grow into leadership positions if that is what you desire

What are two or three most important lessons you have learned in your career that others could benefit from?

Know your numbers, whether that is a simply operational KPI or a complex financial metric.

Mistakes are how we all learn. Don’t be afraid to make one.

Never forget to acknowledge people’s effort. Not everything needs to be judged by the outcome.

The Lineage family is close-knit, but there’s no place like home.

My wife, Ann, and I have been married for 33 years and have four beautiful children – Robert, Christopher, Libby, and Matthew. We love to celebrate together as a family by coming together for a meal.
