Greg Lehmkuhl - President & CEO
Mr. Lehmkuhl is currently President & CEO of Lineage Logistics and oversees all facets of the company’s operations nationwide. Previously, Mr. Lehmkuhl served as Corporate EVP for Con-Way (NYSE:CNW) and President of Con-Way Freight., Con-Way’s less-than-truckload motor carrier and largest subsidiary, where he was responsible for overall company operating and financial performance, strategic planning and business plan development and direction of the company’s continuous improvement processes. He has also held senior management positions at Menlo Worldwide Logistics, Delphi Automotive Systems and Penske Logistics. Mr. Lehmkuhl holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Michigan State University as well as a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University.
Jeff Rivera - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Rivera is currently COO of Lineage Logistics and oversees the company’s operations nationwide. Mr. Rivera previously worked for Con-Way Freight, where he served as Vice President of National Accounts Sales and Engineering as well as Vice President of East Area Operations. He has also held roles at Menlo Worldwide Logistics, Optiprise, Inc., and General Motors Corporation, where he focused on supply chain optimization and warehouse operations. Mr. Rivera holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technical University and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
Mike McClendon - Executive Vice President, Optimization & Integration
Mr. McClendon is currently EVP, Optimization & Integration of Lineage Logistics. Previously, he served as President of Richmond Cold Storage. Mr. McClendon has over 15 years of experience in distribution and logistics. He co-founded the American International Agribusiness Alliance, an agribusiness firm specializing in emerging market business development. He is currently an active member of the IARW and served as the past Chairman of the WFLO. Mr. McClendon graduated from the University of Arkansas.
Tim Smith - Executive Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Mr. Smith is currently EVP, Sales & Business Development of Lineage Logistics. He previously served as SVP, Sales & Marketing at Millard Refrigerated Services. Mr. Smith is an accomplished sales and business development executive with more than 20 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods, food service, fresh produce, beverage and retail industries. He is an expert at leading strategic initiatives to open new markets and expand business relationships in existing markets. Prior to Millard, Mr. Smith served as VP of Sales with CHEP, the global leader in equipment pooling, and with The Hershey Company. He graduated from St. Lawrence University and received a MBA from Stetson University.
Richard French - Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. French is currently EVP and CFO of Lineage Logistics and oversees the company’s financial needs. As CFO, Mr. French also oversees the organization’s integration efforts following its significant acquisition activity and is responsible for creating a firm foundation for future growth. Previously, Mr. French held a variety of leadership positions at Del Monte Foods Corporation, including Senior Vice President, Treasurer, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. He has over 30 years of experience in accounting and external (SEC) reporting, finance, tax strategy and compliance, banking and risk management. Mr. French is a graduate of San Diego State University.
Sudarsan Thattai - Chief Information Officer
Mr. Thattai is currently CIO of Lineage Logistics and oversees both the information technology and transportation functions at Lineage. Previously, he served as SVP of IT Services at UTi Worldwide Inc. While at UTi as the executive-in-charge of global IT delivery, Mr. Thattai oversaw multiple technology transformation projects and worked on several IT transformation initiatives. He has more than 17 years of experience leading technology operations and initiatives across large-scale organizations. Prior to UTi, he worked for Cisco Systems and DFS Group in technology management positions. Mr. Thattai received his Master’s in Management of IT from the University of Sunderland.
Sean Vanderelzen - Chief Human Resources Officer
Mr. Vanderelzen is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer of Lineage Logistics. Prior to Lineage, Mr. Vanderelzen held a variety of leadership positions at General Motors (GM), most recently serving as Global Director, Hire-to-Exit Employee Services for GM’s Global Business Services organization, in which he was responsible for HR Shared Services for 207,000 employees in 67 countries. In addition to leading the company’s Global Talent Acquisition and Early Career Development programs, he had HR responsibility at multiple business units across GM, including Saturn Corporation, engineering, information technology, OnStar and Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management & Human Relations from Trevecca University.
Jason Burnett - Senior Vice President & General Counsel
Mr. Burnett is currently SVP & General Counsel of Lineage Logistics and oversees all legal matters for Lineage. Previously, Mr. Burnett was VP & General Counsel of Castle & Cooke, where he advised senior management on transactions involving David Murdock’s companies including Castle & Cooke Cold Storage and Madison Warehouse Corporation before they were acquired by Lineage. Mr. Burnett also previously worked for the law firm of Palmieri, Tyler, Wiener, Wilhelm & Waldron LLP as a Real Estate and Corporate Attorney. Mr. Burnett obtained his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and a B.S. in Business with an emphasis in Finance from the University of California, Riverside.
Greg Bryan - Senior Vice President, Transportation Solutions
Mr. Bryan is currently SVP, Transportation Solutions of Lineage Logistics and oversees all aspects of Lineage’s transportation and international logistics operations. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Operations for C&S Wholesale Grocers, where he managed a 450-truck private fleet and eight multi-temperature distribution facilities. Prior to C&S, Mr. Bryan held the position of Executive Vice President of Transportation for Americold Logistics, in which he developed and launched numerous nationwide logistics programs for temperature-controlled shipments. He also spent 10 years overseeing and managing global transportation for Ryder Integrated Solutions. A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Bryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Logistics as well as a Master’s of Business Administration.
Brian McGowan - Senior Vice President, Lean Enterprise
Mr. McGowan is currently SVP, Lean Enterprise of Lineage Logistics and oversees the company’s continuous improvement processes nationwide. He most recently served as Vice President of Lean for Con-Way Freight, where he led the organization’s Lean program implementation across all business units. Prior to Con-Way Freight, Mr. McGowan held several management positions at Menlo Worldwide Logistics and Ford Motor Company, promoting Lean methodologies and operations excellence. Mr. McGowan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management as well as a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
