Bill Hendricksen - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Hendricksen is currently CEO of Lineage Logistics and oversees all facets of the company’s operations nationwide. Previously, he served as CEO of Castle & Cooke Cold Storage and Inland Cold Storage, which he founded in 1979. Mr. Hendricksen serves on the Board of Directors of Lineage Logistics, World Food Logistics Organization, National Drivers Accountability Program, Salvation Army (advisory), Agriwise, and University of Wisconsin - Stout Foundation. His past boards include the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses and Rancho Bank. Mr. Hendricksen graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stout.

Paul Hendricksen - President & COO

Mr. Hendricksen is currently President & COO of Lineage Logistics and oversees the company’s operations nationwide. Previously, he served as President of Castle & Cooke Cold Storage where he was in charge of all facets of the cold and dry warehouse operations. Mr. Hendricksen also held similar leadership positions in prior roles at Inland Cold Storage, P&O Cold Logistics, and Henderson Cold Storage. Mr. Hendricksen graduated from the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse.

Timothy Dayton - President, West Coast

Mr. Dayton is currently President, West Coast of Lineage Logistics and oversees the operations in the West and Central regions. Previously, he served as President of Terminal Freezers. Mr. Dayton has over 15 years of experience working in public refrigerated warehousing and extensive operational experience through his tenure as a general warehouse manager at multiple facilities within Terminal Freezers. Mr. Dayton graduated from Washington State University.

Mike McClendon - President, East Coast

Mr. McClendon is currently President, East Coast of Lineage Logistics and oversees the operations in the East and Southeast regions. Previously, he served as President of Richmond Cold Storage. Mr. McClendon has over 15 years of experience in distribution and logistics. He co-founded the American International Agribusiness Alliance, an agribusiness firm specializing in emerging market business development. He is currently an active member of the IARW and served as the past Chairman of the WFLO. Mr. McClendon graduated from the University of Arkansas.

Merle Lemmen - President, Midwest

Mr. Lemmen is currently the President, Midwest of Lineage Logistics and oversees the company’s warehouse operations in the East & Midwest regions. Previously, Mr. Lemmen served as SVP of Castle & Cooke Cold Storage, which he joined in 2007. He has over 30 years of experience in the PRW industry. Prior to Castle & Cooke Mr. Lemmen has held many senior positions at Atlas Cold Storage, including VP of North American Operations. He was active on WFLO Institute, serving as Chairman and a former Instructor. Mr. Lemmen also served on both the IARW & WFLO Board of Governors.

Todd Nelson - Corporate CFO

Mr. Nelson is currently the Corporate CFO of Lineage Logistics and oversees the company’s financial and information technology needs. Previously, he served as CFO of Terminal Freezers. Mr. Nelson has over 20 years of experience in public and private accounting. He was a Senior Manager at Moss Adams, LLP, one of the country’s largest accounting firms, working in auditing, taxation, consulting, SEC compliance, technology and financial reporting. Mr. Nelson graduated Cum Laude from Western Washington University

Jeremy Breaux - Operational CFO

Mr. Breaux is currently Operational CFO of Lineage Logistics and oversees the company’s operational finance and accounting functions. Previously, he served as CFO of Castle & Cooke Cold Storage. Prior to Castle & Cooke, Mr. Breaux held roles as Regional Controller for Versacold and the Controller for Gold’s Gym. Mr. Breaux is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. He graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and received a MBA from the University of North Texas.

Allen Merrill - Chief Administration Officer

Mr. Merrill is currently CAO of Lineage Logistics. Previously, he served as the VP of Finance at Castle & Cooke Cold Storage. Prior to Castle & Cooke Cold Storage, Mr. Merrill has had over two decades of accounting experience working as Corporate Controller for Jon-Lin Foods and Director of Accounting for Aurora Modular Industries. Mr. Merrill served as CFO for Forseon, a small business services company for 20 years and spent four years with PWC on the audit staff. He graduated with a MBA from UCLA.

Sudarsan Thattai - Chief Information Officer

Mr. Thattai is currently the CIO of Lineage Logistics. Previously, he served as SVP of IT Services at UTi Worldwide Inc. While at UTi as the executive-in-charge of global IT delivery, Mr. Thattai oversaw multiple technology transformation projects and worked on several IT transformation initiatives. He has more than 17 years of experience leading technology operations and initiatives across large-scale organizations. Prior to UTi, he worked for Cisco Systems and DFS Group in technology management positions. Mr. Thattai received his Master’s in Management of IT from the University of Sunderland.

Scott Chapman - SVP, Sales and Marketing

Mr. Chapman is currently the SVP, Sales and Marketing of Lineage Logistics and oversees the company’s national sales and marketing efforts. Previously, he served as EVP, Sales and Marketing of Richmond Cold Storage. Mr. Chapman has over 20 years of experience in distribution and logistics including a long tenure with the Jarvis Corporation. Mr. Chapman serves on many industry-related committees and served as a past board member of the IARW. Mr. Chapman is a member of the Economic Development Committee for the Virginia Chamber of Commerce.

Jason Burnett - VP & General Counsel

Mr. Burnett is currently VP & General Counsel of Lineage Logistics and oversees all legal matters for Lineage. Previously, Mr. Burnett was VP & General Counsel of Castle & Cooke, where he advised senior management on transactions involving David Murdock’s companies including Castle & Cooke Cold Storage and Madison Warehouse Corporation before they were acquired by Lineage. Mr. Burnett also previously worked for the law firm of Palmieri, Tyler, Wiener, Wilhelm & Waldron LLP as a Real Estate and Corporate Attorney. Mr. Burnett obtained his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and a B.S. in Business with an emphasis in Finance from the University of California, Riverside.

Calvin Austin - VP, East Operations

Mr. Austin is currently VP, East Operations of Lineage Logistics and manages operations in the East and Southeast regions. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Operations for Richmond Cold Storage. Prior to RCS, Mr. Austin managed the dry grocery operations at a 1.3 million square foot distribution center for a major grocery chain servicing the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. He has over 20 years of experience in distribution and logistics. Mr. Austin currently serves as vice-chairman of the IARW Southeastern Chapter.

Patrick Stimpert - VP, West Operations

Mr. Stimpert is currently the VP, West Operations of Lineage Logistics and manages operations in the West and Central regions. Previously, he served as VP, Operations of Terminal Freezers. With over 17 years of experience in food distribution and warehousing, Mr. Stimpert developed his logistics expertise through his roles at Sysco as a VP / General Manager of various major metropolitan divisions. A retired Army veteran, Mr. Stimpert graduated from the University of Wisconsin.

Kim Suelzle - VP, Seattle Operations

Mr. Suelzle is currently the VP, Seattle of Lineage Logistics and oversees the company’s day-to-day Seattle operations. Previously, he served as President of Seafreeze and CityIce. Prior to joining CityIce in 1988, Mr. Suelzle worked in various managerial roles in the Alaskan seafood industry for Icicle Seafoods and Yardarm Knot. He is active on a number of local governmental advisory committees. Mr. Suelzle graduated from Stanford University and received a Masters from Oregon State University.

Ken Evans - VP, Managed Warehouse

Mr. Evans is currently VP, Managed Warehouse of Lineage Logistics and oversees the managed operations in California. Previously, he served as a Regional VP of Castle & Cooke Cold Storage which he joined in 2001 as VP / General Manager of the Vernon facilities. Mr. Evans has over 25 years of experience in the cold storage industry, including roles as VP of Operations for P&O Cold Logistics and General Manager for Cristian Salvesen. Mr. Evans graduated from Cal State Fullerton.

Ken Stotelmyre - VP, Inland Empire

Mr. Stotelmyre is currently VP, Inland Empire of Lineage Logistics and oversees public warehouse operations in Southern California. Previously, he served as a Regional VP of Castle & Cooke Cold Storage, joining in 2003. Mr. Stotelmyre has over 25 years of experience in the PRW industry, beginning with a 17-year tenure at Americold where he worked his way from a warehouseman to Operations Manager. Mr. Stotelmyre attended the University of California, Riverside and the University of Phoenix.

Marcus Lester - VP, Contract Warehouse

Mr. Lester is currently VP, Contract Warehouses for Lineage Logistics and oversees the shipping, receiving, and inventory for new contract customers. Previously, he served as VP, Contract Warehouse of Castle & Cooke Cold Storage, originally joining the company as Operations Manager in 2002. Mr. Lester has over 20 years of experience in the cold storage industry, starting on the warehouse floor of P&O Cold Storage in 1994 and working his way to Warehouse Operations Manager.

Paul McEntee - VP, Logistics

Mr. McEntee is currently VP, Logistics for Lineage Logistics and oversees transportation offerings by managing carrier and customer relationships. Previously, he served as VP, Logistics of Castle & Cooke Cold Storage, joining in 2008 from Western Freight Management. With extensive experience in PRW, Mr. McEntee served in prior manager roles for cold storage facilities including Schneider National Logistics, Interstate Distributor Company, Brink’s Armored Branch, and P&O Cold Storage. Mr. McEntee graduated from the University of Puget Sound.

Len Anderson - VP, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Anderson is currently VP, Sales & Marketing of Lineage Logistics and oversees the company’s national sales and marketing efforts. Previously, he served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Castle & Cooke Cold Storage, originally joining the company as VP of Operations in 2000. Prior to Castle & Cooke, Mr. Anderson was involved in a start-up operation, known today as Partner Alliance Cold Storage and held the position of VP & General Manager. Mr. Anderson has over 40 years of experience in the logistics and cold storage industry including a long tenure at Americold.

Bonnie Geise - Senior Director, Sales and Marketing

Ms. Geise is currently the Senior Director, Sales and Marketing of Lineage Logistics and is involved in the company’s national sales and marketing efforts. Previously, she served as VP, Sales and Marketing for Seafreeze and CityIce. Ms. Geise, an industry veteran with over 20 years of cold chain experience, was most recently with SCS Refrigerated Services. She is also a board member for the IARW. Ms. Geise is a graduate of Green River Community College.

Rick Inman - Director, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Inman is currently a Director, Sales & Marketing with Lineage Logistics and develops new business as well as maintaining current relationships. He is also the primary staff liaison assigned to maintain membership and trade show involvement. Mr. Inman previously served as Sales Manager for Castle & Cooke Cold Storage. Prior to Castle & Cooke, he spent 22 years in the building materials industry as a Regional Sales Manager covering the Western United States and Western Canada.

Mike Fitton - Director, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Fitton is currently a Director, Sales & Marketing with Lineage Logistics and develops new business as well as maintaining current relationships. He joined Madison Warehouse in 2006 to further develop its Sales & Marketing programs. He brings 26 years of Operations, Sales, and Project Management experience in the logistics industry. Prior to joining Madison Warehouse, Mr. Fitton held various roles at Roadway Express, Weber Distribution, and Neill Cartage. He graduated with a BS in Marketing from Western Illinois University.
