Kevin Marchetti, Board Member
Mr. Marchetti is currently a board member of Lineage Logistics and a Managing Director of Bay Grove Capital, a principal investment firm based in San Francisco. He is active in all day-to-day activities of the firm and is responsible for all investment decisions. Previously, Mr. Marchetti was an investor with The Yucaipa Companies, a board member of the Pittsburgh Penguins, and an investment banker with Morgan Stanley. He is a board member of the IARW. Mr. Marchetti graduated from Duke University.
Adam Forste, Board Member
Mr. Forste is currently a board member of Lineage Logistics and a Managing Director of Bay Grove Capital, a principal investment firm based in San Francisco. He is active in all day-to-day activities of the firm and is responsible for all investment decisions. Previously, Mr. Forste worked at KKR, one of the most experienced global private equity firms, where he executed power-related transactions valued over $7.7 billion and evaluated deals in the energy, retail, and consumer industries. Mr. Forste graduated from Dartmouth College and is a Fulbright Fellow.
Bill Hendricksen, Board Member
Mr. Hendricksen is currently CEO of Lineage Logistics and oversees all facets of the company’s operations nationwide. Previously, he served as CEO of Castle & Cooke Cold Storage and Inland Cold Storage, which he founded in 1979. Mr. Hendricksen serves on the Board of Directors of Lineage Logistics, World Food Logistics Organization, National Drivers Accountability Program, Salvation Army, and AgFresh Solutions. His past boards and affiliations include the IARW, National Frozen Food Association, and American Frozen Food Association. Mr. Hendricksen graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stout.
David Meyers, Board Member
Mr. Meyers is currently a board member of Lineage Logistics and the former CFO and EVP of Administration at Del Monte Foods, a producer, distributor and marketer of branded food and pet products. Mr. Meyers has over 40 years of experience within food production industry. Prior to Del Monte, Mr. Meyers held a variety of financial and accounting positions at RJR Nabisco, Nabisco Brands USA, and Standard Brands. He has been a director of Smart & Final and is currently a director of Foster Farms.
Lowell Dayton, Board Member
Mr. Dayton is currently a board member of Lineage Logistics and a co-founder of Terminal Freezers where he previously served as President and CEO. Mr. Dayton, David Dayton, and Gale Bernik—former executives of Termicold Corporation, a predecessor organization to AmeriCold Logistics—formed Terminal Freezers in 1984. Drawing on years of experience in the public warehousing industry, Mr. Dayton expanded Terminal Freezers holdings to a top 20 company in refrigerated storage space in North America.
Kristin Gannon, Board Member
Ms. Gannon is a former Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where she was head of the west region real estate banking group. She has spent over 20 years as an investment banker and real estate consultant in the global real estate industry. Ms. Gannon is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and the Urban Land Institute. She is also a member of the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center at UC Berkeley and a board member of the nonprofit Aim High. Ms. Gannon earned a BS in Business Administration from the UC Berkeley and a MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
John Mack, Advisor
Mr. Mack is currently an advisor to Lineage Logistics and the former Chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Mack, who first joined Morgan Stanley in 1972 as a bond trader, managed the firm's fixed income division from 1985 to 1992 and eventually served as CEO from 2005 to 2010 and as chairman from 2005 to 2011. Mr. Mack also served as CEO of Credit Suisse First Boston from 2001 to 2005. He currently serves as an advisor to KKR, China Investment Corp, and the International Business Leaders Advisory Council for the mayor of Beijing and as a board member of Lending Club. Mr. Mack is a graduate of Duke University.
Zack Aultman, Advisor
Mr. Aultman is currently an advisor to Lineage Logistics and a co-founder of Flint River Services where he previously served as Vice President. He has over 40 years of experience in the cold storage and peanut industries. Mr. Aultman founded and developed Dole’s Peanut Company and later partnered in developing Fleming Insurance Agency, which today is a leading insurance agency in the Albany region. Mr. Aultman previously served on the Governor’s Environmental Advisory Council and the Georgia Port Authority Board. He remains active in numerous political, community and civic organizations.
Bob McClendon, Advisor
Mr. McClendon is currently an advisor to Lineage Logistics and formerly served in logistics management positions at Safeway and as Vice President and COO of the Carmar Group, the third largest cold storage warehouse group in the U.S. He has over 30 years of expertise in the logistics industry. Mr. McClendon has served on the board of the IARW as its Treasurer, Vice Chairman, and Chairman and on the Advisory Board of Americold. Mr. McClendon is a graduate from the University of Tulsa School of Business and Oklahoma State University School of Food Science.
Lem Griffin, Advisor
Mr. Griffin is currently an advisor to Lineage Logistics and a co-founder of Flint River Services where he previously served as President and CEO. He has over 50 years of experience in the cold storage, peanut, pecan and poultry industries. Mr. Griffin held executive positions with Americold and owned and operated Griffin Truck Lines. He also presently serves as a board member for the Albany Technical College, Security Bank and Trust, and is former President of the Chehaw Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
Frank “Pepper” Laughon, Advisor
Mr. Laughon is currently an advisor to Lineage Logistics and former Chairman and CEO of Richmond Cold Storage. He has over 50 years of experience in the cold storage business. Mr. Laughon joined RCS in the 1960’s and has been a member or board member of the IARW since 1966. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Randolph-Macon College and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Rubicon and the State Board of Directors of Branch Banking & Trust. Mr. Laughon graduated from Randolph-Macon College.
Jack Rosling, Advisor
Mr. Rosling is currently an advisor to Lineage Logistics and was formerly CEO of CityIce Cold Storage, which he acquired in 1970. He has over 40 years of experience in the cold storage business. Mr. Rosling co-founded Seafreeze Cold Storage and was President of Myers Metals & Minerals, an international steel trade and industrial raw materials business. Additionally, he has served as a director of numerous organizations including Dant and Russell, Northwest Harvest, and the Entrepreneurship Center Advisory Board of Albers School of Business and Economics, Seattle University. Mr. Rosling graduated from the Whitman College and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
Richard Devlin, Advisor
Mr. Devlin is currently an advisor to Lineage Logistics and was formerly the President and Owner of Savannah Portside Refrigeration. He has over 30 years of experience in the import / export refrigerated warehousing business, having managed over a million square feet of refrigerated warehousing for HOLT Inc. Mr. Devlin is highly regarded for his experience and international network in the area of meat imports / exports and related warehousing and inspection services.
Brent Stanford, Advisor
Mr. Stanford is currently an advisor to Lineage Logistics and formerly served as CEO and founder of Stanford Refrigerated Warehouses and a regional trucking company. After working in his father’s peanut warehouse, Mr. Stanford started his own ventures with the purchase of a Fort Valley, Georgia warehouse in 1977. He has over 35 years of experience in cold storage and freight operations. Mr. Stanford is a graduate of University of Georgia with a bachelors in Business Administration.
